To restore ad removal, open the game menu, choose Remove ads, then Restore purchases. Use the same Google Play account and an internet connection. This restores your purchase, not local progress. Pending purchases remove ads only after store confirmation. For help, send your game version and device model; never send passwords, card numbers or full payment details.
