For questions or suggestions, contact the studio. Include your device model, Android version, game version and the level where the issue occurred. Do not send passwords or card details.

Restore your purchase

Open Settings > Restore purchase in the game. Connect to the internet and use the same Google Play account that made the purchase. Restoration removes ads but does not recover erased progress. Pending purchases remove ads only after store confirmation.

Progress and privacy

Progress stays on your device. Clearing data or uninstalling may erase it. For access, correction or deletion requests, email us with the subject Letterbound — privacy and describe the data or service involved.
